Our name, Ittakil (اتّكل, said it-TA-kil), is Arabic for “count on us”. We look after private residences across the Emirates for their owners and estate managers.
We don’t build and we don’t bid on construction. We take over once a home is finished and keep its facades, grounds, glass, pools and technical systems in the condition they were handed over in.

What we look after.
Each job starts with a site survey, is scheduled around the household and ends with a photo report in your portal.

Facade & exterior care
Soft washing and controlled pressure washing for natural stone, render, cladding and metalwork. Plants, glass and furniture are covered before any water is used.

Installations
Architectural and garden lighting, CCTV, access control, intercom, audio and home cinema, plus shading, fixtures and fittings. Each installation is tested and commissioned to specification.

Grounds, water & terraces
Pool coping and surrounds, fountains and water features, teak and composite decking, outdoor stone and terraces. We restore, seal and maintain them.

Glass & fine surfaces
Frameless balustrades, skylights, high-level glazing, marble and natural stone. Each surface is cleaned with products suited to its material.

Interiors, on request. For existing clients we also handle smaller interior work such as bathrooms, joinery, flooring and finishes, with the same team and the same rules.

Locked work devicesCompany phones have the camera, browser and social apps locked. The only app on them is ours. Quality photos are taken inside it, sent encrypted to your portal and never saved on the phone.

Owners and estate managers get a private dashboard showing job progress, the team on site, checklists and timestamped photos for each task. Our quality lead reviews and signs off every task before the job is closed.

Where our team gained its experience.
Senior members of our staff worked on palace complexes, royal residences, national institutions and large developments across Saudi Arabia. They held roles as quality controllers, design coordinators and technicians, employed by the main contractors on those projects. They now bring the same standards to private homes in the UAE.

Thirty years in quality control.
N.A. spent more than 23 years with one of Saudi Arabia’s largest contractors. He started as a quality-control supervisor, went on to manage QC offices in the Central, Western and Eastern regions, and later became senior design coordinator. In that role he surveyed palaces for renovation, reviewed shop drawings and coordinated consultants, engineers and subcontractors through to handover.
He specialises in electrical and low-current systems, including CCTV, access control, fire detection, public address, audio and home theatre, and holds ISO quality-assurance certification. His team signs off every Ittakil job.
How we get started.
Survey
A senior member of staff visits by appointment to assess the property and agree access arrangements with you or your estate manager.
Scope
A written scope with methods, materials and a fixed price. Nothing begins until it is approved in your portal.
Programme
One-off restorations or regular care on a weekly, monthly or seasonal schedule, always with the same assigned team.
Sign-off
Every task is photographed, inspected and signed off by our quality lead before it is marked complete.
